What is collected
Account details for owners and staff (name, email, phone, role), and the records the business enters: customers, bills, payments, stock and attendance.
Why
To run the business: taking payments, showing the queue, tracking stock and reporting the day's takings back to the owner.
Where it is stored
In the Supabase project this deployment is configured against. Name the region here: Nigeria's NDPA and South Africa's POPIA both care where personal information physically sits.
Who else sees it
Staff, according to the access their role gives them, and any processor the business chooses to add. List them here.
Customer rights
How a customer asks what is held about them, corrects it, or has it deleted, and who to contact to do so.
How long it is kept
State the retention period for sales records and for customer contact details, and what happens when an account is closed.
