Who these terms are between
The business operating this Jẹ́jẹ́work deployment and the people who sign in to use it: the owner and any staff they invite.
What the service does
Records walk-in sales, a service queue, checkout, catalogue, stock and staff access for a single location. It is not accounting software and does not file anything with a tax authority on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for the staff you grant access to, and for keeping sign-in details private.
Your data
Sales, customer and staff records belong to the business. How they are handled is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
The limits of what is promised about uptime, backups and loss need to be stated here, and must match what your hosting arrangement actually provides.
Ending the agreement
How either side ends it, what happens to the data afterwards, and how long it is kept before deletion.
